Day 24: A song by a band/group you wish were still together

Most of the groups I like are from the 90's and I don't think they should be together if they broke up. Main reason being that I don't think they had the right direction that would've kept them relevant today. There's few artist from that time that I get excited for when they're releasing new music and most of these groups aren't them. But one of my favorite groups that broke up has to be SWV. Even though they got back together they're still my favorite group that broke up. I use to watch their reality show and I watched their unsung and it seemed like they broke up because of a bunch of he say she say. Which is terrible to me. Although they're one of the greatest girl groups ever I feel like they could've been so much more if they worked through their problems. They still sound and look good I just saw them at the roots picnic. & I do get excited for new music from them. I love all the hits like Use your heart, Weak, Rain (which is one of my favorites), and Anything but I wanted to put y'all on to something y'all most likely don't know about. SWV's cover of If only you knew. I remember when I played this song for people they would be like oh its igh or its not Patti. But by the bridge they have a change of heart. I give it to those people it does kind of start off slow but it picks up and Cokos vocals by the end of the song are incredible. She's hitting shit your favorite singers singer can't hit. Another underrated singer that I love. They breathed new life into an already great song. I love this cover.
